How Fulfillment Works

  1. You place an order. Payment and order details are confirmed by Shopify.
  2. The product enters production. The order is routed through our print-on-demand network to a production partner suited to the product and destination.
  3. The item is produced and checked. The partner manufactures or prints the ordered item using the variant and artwork selected at checkout.
  4. The package ships. Tracking is returned to the store and sent to the customer when available.

Items in one order may be produced at different facilities and can ship separately. Production partners, packaging, and transit times can vary by product and destination.
