Because products are made to order, please contact us before returning an item. Do not mail a product to a fulfillment facility or address shown on a shipping label without authorization.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the problem with the production partner and explain the available replacement or refund resolution.

Fit, color, and buyer-remorse returns

Eligibility depends on the product’s condition and the circumstances. Review product measurements before ordering and contact us within the period stated in our Refund Policy. Approved returns must follow the instructions we provide.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us immediately. We will try to help, but made-to-order items can enter production quickly and changes are not guaranteed afterward.
