Shipping & Delivery

Every SelecticDesigns item is made to order. Production time and transit time are separate parts of the delivery estimate.

Production

After payment is confirmed, the order is routed to a production partner. Timing varies by product, print method, provider capacity, and season. If a product page or checkout provides a delivery estimate, use that estimate for the specific order.

Tracking

When a package ships, tracking is sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking can take time to show its first carrier scan.

Multiple packages

Products may be made at different facilities. A single order can therefore arrive in more than one package and on different days.

Address accuracy

Review the shipping address before placing an order. Contact us immediately if it is incorrect; address changes are not guaranteed after production begins.

International orders

Transit and customs processing vary by destination. Import duties, taxes, or fees may be charged by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.
