This special education teacher chicken shirt celebrates backyard chickens with the line "Transitions Are Hard" printed right where every sped teacher and every stubborn hen can see it.
This is for the self-contained or resource room teacher who manages two loud, lovable flocks a day, the human kind at school and the feathered kind out back. It fits a late-August back-to-school pickup for herself, or a teacher appreciation week gift from a paraprofessional or aide who has heard every hen name twice.
The front graphic reads "FOR HENS AND HUMANS" in a clean condensed font up top, then the bold statement "TRANSITIONS ARE HARD" stacked in heavy block type as the centerpiece, and underneath in a looser script, "we get there eventually." A small simple hen silhouette stands at the bottom of a short ramp, refusing to climb it, right where the text lands. All text sits in warm off-white and mustard gold ink against the black tee.
